The ImpactSuite builds upon the DesignSuite’s functionality, offering additional features specifically designed for high-durability environments. These doors maintain compliance with FD30s and FD60s fire ratings and DDA accessibility recommendations. The key differentiator is the encapsulated PVC impact protection, giving a distinctive appearance which is easy to clean, and protects the door from impact damage.
Where can ImpaactSuite be specified?
ImpactSuite doors are specified in hospital environments, including operating theatres, food preparation areas, laboratories, airports, swimming pools and many other locations that require high impact properties, infection control or moisture resistance.

Armoform PVC Thermoplastic Impact Protected doors are ideal for the most demanding environments. High traffic areas such as hospital and school corridors, particularly trolley routes need more impact protection than HPL laminates or wood veneers can give.

DorSuite vs Doorset – what’s the difference?
A traditional doorset (door assembly) is where the door and frame are prepared separately on-site.
An integrated doorset, on the other hand, is pre-assembled in a factory with all the necessary hardware included. This simplifies the process and reduces conflict between door suppliers and ironmongers. However, even with integrated doorsets, there can be issues with syncing schedules and compliance for doors and hardware.
DorSuite takes it a step further by designing the doorset and ironmongery set from the start and suiting them together ensuring everything works seamlessly and simplifying the whole process.
